HPE is owned and operated by two DJs, Sabien Lyons and Terrance Keene (AKA DJ K33N3). Based out of the East Mississippi region, HPE began as a passion project by Sabien & Terrance, fueled by the love of music and the scene. HPE believes that music is the answer to your problems!
